About
Copractica
A group of independent clinicians, created by independent clinicians, for independent clinicians.
Copractica is a community of anesthesia groups with a mission: to help anesthesia practices maintain their independence, improve efficiency and achieve their financial goals.
Our History
Copractica, first known as Metro Management Services and then as IPN, was founded as a physician-owned and governed CIN to facilitate value-based care and the exchange of quality data among affiliated anesthesia clinicians. Copractica offers a wide range of benefits and services to its member practices.
- Formed by Metropolitan Anesthesia Consultants (Dallas) as “Metro Management Service” to create a “Clinically Integrated Network” (CIN) of independent anesthesia providers
- Growing to include practices in Houston and Amarillo, renamed “IPN” (Independent Physicians Network)
Renamed Copractica
When a group joins, Copractica doesn’t say ‘You have to do it this way.’ They don’t want to change the culture. They want each group to be the best version of whatever their group is. They want each group to be their best.
