Dallas, TX – August 7, 2024 – Independent Physicians Network (or “the Company”), a clinician-led organization that supports anesthesia practices to improve care, reduce costs, and stay independent, announced today it has rebranded to Copractica.

Founded in 2017, Copractica provides anesthesia practices with strategic operational guidance and shared management tools, including information software, compliance assurance, regulatory programs, and revenue cycle management, that allow them to benefit from economies of scale that help control the cost of running a practice. The Company supports a variety of anesthesia staffing models in hospital, ambulatory surgery center, and office-based settings.

Copractica works with clinically integrated practices across Texas and expects future expansion into additional states. The Company offers a clinically integrated network that provides anesthesia practices with access to a seasoned executive management team and a full suite of back-office support services, allowing them to focus on the needs of their patients. Earlier this year, Copractica helped an independent group of San Antonio-based anesthesiologists launch Inspire Anesthesia Partners, which provides services to the HCA Methodist Healthcare System and a variety of ambulatory centers and office-based facilities throughout the larger San Antonio community.
